Signature Studio, operated by ANTREPRENOR INDEPENDENT „ANA-MARIA RAILEAN", offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all downloads. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Contact us at ana@memorie.me and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.
Digital downloads
Because our files are digital content delivered immediately on payment, downloads that have already been completed may not be eligible for a refund. Paddle reviews each request on a case-by-case basis in line with its Refund Policy.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
