Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website ("Signature Studio", "we", "us") is operated by ANTREPRENOR INDEPENDENT „ANA-MARIA RAILEAN", based in the Republic of Moldova. For any privacy-related question, you can reach us at ana@memorie.me.

2. What data we process

  • Your signature drawing. The signature you draw is generated and stored locally in your browser. It is not uploaded to our servers.
  • Payment data. When you purchase a download, the transaction is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your email address, billing information and payment details directly. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction reference.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on:

  • Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract (delivering the download you paid for).
  • Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (keeping the service secure and preventing fraud).

4. Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site and to complete your payment via Paddle. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.

5. Sharing your data

We share data only with the providers required to run the service:

  • Paddle — payment processing, invoicing and tax compliance. Paddle is an independent data controller for the payment data it collects from you.
  • Hosting provider — to serve the website.

We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

Because checkout is anonymous, we do not keep personal accounts. Transaction records held by Paddle are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ana@memorie.me.

Users in the Republic of Moldova may also lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md). Users in the EU/EEA may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

Our service is operated from the Republic of Moldova and uses providers (such as Paddle and our hosting platform) that may process data in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions. Those providers implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the most recent version.
